We started off this process with a thorough video-conference meeting with Lisa (not in person due to Covid-19), so they could get a better sense of everything that needed to be moved. The quote seemed reasonable and I appreciated the transparency in what was included and what was an additional cost. On moving day, we had Joey, Rob, and Steven show up on-time and in great spirits. These guys were so friendly and incredibly considerate of our belongings! Our furniture was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and they treated them with care. They absolutely went above and beyond! There was no surprise costs on moving day and the move cost slightly less than estimated. We will definitely be recommending to others.”

“I moved from Standerd to Woodroffe and it was a small apartment moving and I was looking for a moving company who would take care of my furniture and as well as my electronic items and i was asking my friends and one of my friend suggested me Parkview Moving. I called them to get the quote. I am very happy with their customer service and a date and time was fixed for moving. I was bit nervous how they will handle my stuff but to my surprise they came equipped with all boxes, wraps and packed my furniture very carefully and delicately as if it belonged to them, not even a single scratch and they know the proper lifting techniques. “I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but with moving companies generally having bad reputations, I thought I should leave this. I am so glad I chose Parkview Moving to move me from the east end of Ottawa to the west. I lived in a stacked condo with no elevator and the 3 men that came wrapped up all my furniture and lugged it down all the stairs without any issues. They were fast, efficient and took care of my belongings- nothing was scratched or damaged at the end of the move. They even arrived at the new house before I did! As a younger female, I never felt nervous with them in my home, either. They made lots of jokes and overall all had positive attitudes. If anyone is looking for a company in Ottawa, I would definitely reach out to Parkview!”
